An AI operating system for one of Egypt’s major construction contractors. It reads the documents construction runs on, from bills of quantities and payment certificates to tenders and specifications, and turns them into structured data. Leadership gets one view of the money: contract versus certified, pending IPC value, claims exposure, forecast margin and automated risk flags.
Manual takeoff and certification review went from hours to minutes.
